Any help gratefully received,. Just a couple of questions about this as l will shortly be switching from a nokia phone to an iphone 5s. I have ordered a nano sim for use and have had an email saying to call to activate the sim when it arrives. Do l need to do that or can l just follow the swap your sim instructions to activate it with my old number? Also as l am on a pay and go go go tariff will the credit balance be automatically transferred over with my old phone number? Thanks in advance for any help.
